Double batch of my Spinach Artichoke Dip is ready for Easter
Ingredients :
1 8 oz package cream
1 8 oz container jalapeno cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 8 oz package fresh mozzarella balls
1 14 oz can small tender artichokes chopped up
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 6 oz bag fresh baby spinach chopped up
Fresh cracked pepper
Directions :
Use twice the amount above if you want to double the recipe.
I cook in a pot on medium until melted, stirring occasionally
